I didn't get my refund yet?

1. If you've made the payment via PayPal, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account immediately,
   
   
2. If you've made the payment via ShopPay by using your credit or debit card, the refund will be processed to this card, in most cases, it takes 3-5 business days for you to see this refund in your account, 
   
   
3. If the card you've used during payment is no longer valid but you received a replacement card from the issuing bank, the refund will be automatically issued to the new card as long as the bank account is still the same,
   
   
4. If you've used Affirm at checkout, Affirm will be refunding you the amount, 
   
   
5. Once a refund is issued we cannot reverse it.
