What is Route shipping insurance?

Route Shipping Insurance:

Shipping insurance is through Route and covers any damages or losses that might occur in transit.

We pack the bikes very securely and do not expect anything to happen, however, we always recommend it for peace of mind when ordering a large/valuable package.

We do require a signature upon delivery however since Covid they have been more lenient for signatures.

It costs about 2.5% of your order $ amount. If you choose not to, we cover up to $100 in damages.

It is not included unless purchased.
