My bike is Shipped but not tracking yet

It usually takes a few business days for the tracking numbers to update as it's indicated on the shipping notification sent to you.

It can take anywhere from 1-5 business days for the tracking number to update once UPS scans the shipment at the first facility it arrives to in transit.

This is normal for our larger packages, until then UPS will not show the item in its possession/system.
