In dual-motor bikes, it's normal for the front motor to work louder than the rear motor.
That is the normal sound from the front motor, it sounds different than the rear motor due to different forces being applied in the motors. The rear motor pushes the bike so more weight is transferred to the rear motor which muffles the sound more.
The front motor pulls the bike so the weight is transferred away from the front wheel and the sound isn't muffled the same as the rear, there is also an added sound from the front as the motor sound is resonated through the front forks.
But if you still want us to check it for you, kindly provide a short video and we're happy to assist.
