My Kepler is making grinding or growling sound and vibrating

The first step is to take the battery off and power cycle your bike. 

In order to do so, when the battery is out, please turn on the display until it turns off itself.

This process is to get rid of the residual current in the cables to avoid any shorts. 

Please disconnect the motor connection and check it for damage, if there is no damage please reattach the connection making sure that it is tight and secure, and test ride the bike. 

If the sound and vibration are still happening please discontinue riding and let us know right away. 

Failure to do so may damage the electronics further.
