    I’ve been trying to contact your company for the last 2 to 3 weeks, the tracking number you gave me is not correct. I’ve been very patient over the last five months with the shipping delays and everything else going on. I do not understand why you can’t simply reply to the emails and sort these issues out? You guys don’t answer your phone, and you don’t reply to emails? Why is that?
