    I don't like the tracking service. It seems to want the password to my email. Too much fraud and personal information tracking. I wish you had a better tracking service.

    But, I am very excited to get my bike, so are the other parents at the school bus stop.

    You all sent me a tracking number several weeks ago that hasn’t updated cents. I’ve been trying to contact the company for the last three weeks, tried through the phone, tried through several different emails, and no one will reply. It’s very disheartening to have such poor customer service. Is it that hard to simply reply to your emails??
